Microsoft One Note math feature equation solver

Microsoft is upgrading its One Note by giving it the power of solving mathematical equations. The student-friendly app lets users write down their digital notes with a help of a stylus, and now it is graduating as a mathematician.

The One Note may not have arisen as a popular desktop application but its ruling the Windows 10 (mobile), android and iOS devices. Microsoft is further increasing its appeal by adding an equation solver tool which will automatically recognize numbers and variables and solve them as well.

The math assistant will be focused on helping students convert handwritten equations. Moreover, the new feature will also help students in learning math by showing them how to solve math problems step by step. Among other features, an ink replay feature will also be added to Microsoft Office apps for Windows 10 users. The replay function will show users how a note was created in ink so they can improve handwriting.

You can get these updates for Office 365 right now. Ink Replay feature is designed to work in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and it will soon be available for desktop Windows 10 as well. Microsoft One Note isn’t the only biggest news. The tech company is following in step of android’s beta app testing audience by creating its own ‘Office Insider’ channel to get people’s response about the newly developing features.
