Adobe and Nvidia Announce a New Partnership for Enhancement of the Sensei AI

The two companies have been partners for the last decade. Their new move will see the optimization of the Adobe Sensei platform for the Nvidia GPUs.

Nvidia announced a new partnership with Adobe that will help the two companies create new technology together. The two companies announced their partnership which would see them create a new AI and deep learning program for the Adobe Creative service.

The announcement was done during the Adobe Summit keynote address on Wednesday. The event which took place in Las Vegas, saw the two companies announce their partnership. The Adobe CEO and President of the company, Shantanu Narayen was on the stage with his counterpart, Nvidia founder and CEO, Jensen Huang.

The two firms noted that their new partnership was aimed at improving the Adobe Sensei AI. They also wanted to optimize the machine learning platform that the Nvidia GPUs used. The new announcement is expected to go a long way in helping Adobe increase their availability. The company aims to extend the availability of the Sensei APIs and to also increase the offering of the Sensei platform. They want to target a new group of developers, data scientists and any new partners to the program.

Narayen noted that with the partnership of Nvidia’s modern and world-class AI abilities, with their own revolutionary creative and digital technology, they could deliver quickly. The program which will have Sensei as the powering unit will give the two firms a lead in the business. He also reiterated the company’s excitement in joining hands with Nvidia. The partnership would allow the company to push and move the limits of creativity, the marketing, and immersive media industries.

Sensei

The Sensei platform is a built-in Adobe Cloud Platform. It is part of a framework and group of intelligent services which are to be used for the increasing the design positively. The program can also be used to deliver digital experiences in an exciting way.

Huang said that artificial intelligence was the best assistant. It could help artists in various areas including helping enhance their creativity. It would also help various businesses with gaining insight and also help with any efficiencies. Huang also noted that the partnership with Adobe would help bring the ultimate assistant, AI, to millions of people. This would help various stakeholders including individuals involved in marketing and creative industry. This would give them a chance to get tools and work in a way that could not be done before.

Long-standing partnership

Adobe and Nvidia have been partners for a long time now especially in the GPU enablement. The partnership involved the acceleration of the Adobe’s digitally experienced content. This included services and programs such as the Sensei powered functions. Services such as Adobe Character Animator, the Photoshop CC, Adobe Stock and Lightroom CC all benefited from the partnership.

The two firms also want to engage in the optimization of the Sensei AI services. This would be of help for Nvidia hardware, so they can better access the cloud.
