The multimillion Lykan HyperSport had a fantastic debut in the Furious 7 movie, in which it was shown jumping between the towers. Those days have passed, now there’s new chef in the town. W Motors has unveiled its latest supercar, the Fenyr SuperSport at the Dubai International Motor Show on November 10th.

W Motors is the first ever supercar maker from the Middle East. The Arabian motor company has already impressed the automotive world with Lykan HyperSport and Lykan SuperSport. Now the latest Dubai event witnessed a more prolific supercar, Fenyr SuperSport, which exceeds its predecessor both in terms of looks and velocity.

Fenyr SuperSport by W Motors is the second biggest milestone for the Arabian automaker, which will pave the way for its success in the supercar market for which; of course, Dubai has been central. Both local and international media representatives were at the event to cover the news, along with the company’s global partners Magna Steyr, RUF Automobile and StudioTorino.

The all-new Fenyr SuperSport boasts a custom made Flat 6-cyl 4.0L Twin Turbo engine that is able to produce 900 horsepower and 1200 Nm of torque, which is mated with a 7-speed double clutch gearbox to accelerate the car from 0-62 mph in less than 2.7 seconds before hitting off the top speed of 248 mph. That’s way much improvement than both previous Lykans!

The Mid-Rear is provided by RUF Automobile; however the powering in this unit is not everything. The extremely high performance of Fenyr SuperSport comes from its well formulated aerodynamic body profile, which efficiently reduced the air-resistance while the tubular light-weight aluminum chassis gives the car its considerable rapid sprint.

RUF Automobile was not the only partner; Fenyr SuperSport came to life with an elite alliance of major automotive names including Magna Steyr Italy, while hundreds of other leading professionals provided the technical support.

Unlike Rare Lykan series cars, W Motors have decided to manufacture a total 25 Fenyr SuperSport supercars, which is still not a large number. But considering the $4.5M price tag of Lykan HyperSport, selling these 25 beautiful pieces is going to be a challenge for the company. Hopefully, the company has not pushed itself too far based on the success of its earlier cars.

No need to say, Fenyr SuperSport stole the show from other cars present during the 2015 Dubai International Motor Show which is currently in proceedings at the Dubai World Trade Centre. The event is scheduled to conclude on 14 November.
